Ohio420.ai Terms of Service
Ohio420.ai includes an approval-gated social publishing workflow for owner-approved LinkedIn and X posts. Google Business Profile may be preserved as a business record, but it is not part of active publishing.
The customer account owner is responsible for confirming that each social post is accurate, compliant, and appropriate for LinkedIn or X before approval. Ohio420.ai may block public posting when a platform account, product, scope, or app review is not approved.
This service provides informational compliance support only. It is not legal advice and does not replace review by qualified counsel or direct regulator guidance.
Users are responsible for verifying answers against cited sources, current regulations, license conditions, and professional advice before acting.
Paid plans are subscription services processed through Ohio420.ai's approved payment processor or merchant account provider. During checkout, customers must separately authorize recurring billing, accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy, acknowledge the selected plan price, monthly billing interval, included credits, seat limit, and add-on policy, and acknowledge cancellation and processor-disclosure terms before payment is started.
Recurring subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Account owners can request cancellation through the billing portal when available or by contacting support; cancellation stops future renewal charges after the current paid period unless a written agreement says otherwise.
Usage packs and auto top-ups are not hidden charges. They require separate owner approval or saved owner-controlled auto top-up settings before additional usage is purchased.
Customer-uploaded documents are held for review, stored in encrypted review quarantine, and are not added to the shared knowledge base unless approved by an administrator.
Do not use this service to facilitate illegal sales, diversion, consumer medical advice, or activity outside the jurisdictions where the customer is licensed to operate.
